About Chris
I currently work at a major aerospace company in the U.K, In the past I have taught aerospace modules within the RAF Air Cadets for Level 3 qualifications where they often achived distinctions, some going on to study engineering/STEM within formal education. I also have flight experience and can provide tutoring in flight principles and airmanship, especially the tricky details where you may just need something explained in the right way. I am on an integrated masters in Aerospace Engineering where I perform at a 1st level and can provide instruction on topics such as CAD, Design and manufacture. I have experience working within aerospace manufacture and now project control so can give you an “insiders” perspective on the in and outs of the industry. I studied at a STEM specific college and I am very familiar with the BTEC Level 3/Cambridge national engineering courses and their A Level counterparts. At A Level, I personally studied Maths, Physics and Computer Science along with a Cambridge Technical in engineering. To work with my current employer I have had to pass a background check and a DBS check.

I like to adapt my teaching method to suit individual needs and believe firmly that no question is a silly question in aeronautics where often concepts are not intuative I like to use traditional presentation methods combined with interactive elements that make a lesson feel like a conversation but still with well defined learning objectives and structure. I review every lesson to ensure that you are happy with what has been taught.
I am more geared up to help those studying engineering or engineering related subjects at A level/Level 3 or GCSE/Level 2 however in areas like CAD/CAM or airmanship & flight principles If you contact me we can have a chat about what I can do for you.
I am also more than happy to talk about my experiences and how they may relate to what you want to do in the future.
