I am disciple of strength training and a powerlifting enthusiast . I help people learn how to lift weights with perfect technique while programming workouts based on their fitness goals. I've been lifting weights for the past 7 years and I'd like to help anyone who's serious about lifting in the long term

My training method involves teaching how to move weights with the most optimal technique while being able to reach their fitness goals.
Initial weeks will be dedicated to teaching technique and to observe how mobile your body is and where you are at in terms of strength, after which I will be programming workouts based on your weaknesses.
