I can help with essay planning, understanding questions, structuring arguments, finding and using relevant sources, and developing academic writing skills. I understand that starting an essay or preparing for an exam can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I am happy to break things down into manageable steps and work at a pace that suits the student.
My approach is friendly, relaxed and tailored to each individual. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and discussing areas they find difficult, without feeling judged. My aim is to help students become more confident and independent in their own studies, while sharing some of the techniques that have helped me throughout my degree.
