About Ashley

As an artist and writer, I know how it feels to be "blocked", unable to move forward. As a human being, I understand what grief, depression, and stress feel like. I have spent many years studying and practicing mindfulness, self-awareness, creative visualization, and numerous techniques for raising vibes and improving the energetic flow. If you are open to an alternative, holistic, creative approach to health and well-being, I am the guide for you!

About the lesson

Utilizing many of the powerful techniques that have been keeping me healthy and sane throughout this human experience, I will guide you in building your own creative "toolbox" for self-preservation, self-awareness, and self-empowerment. Journaling, vision boards, dream interpretation, yoga principles, chakra balancing, meditation, and(of course) art making are just a few of the tools we will explore! I have also published a "creativity therapy" activity book which may be a great tool, as well! Namaste
