About Ava
I started my own business on the streets of NYC and have been in business for 20 years with Avaloveshop.com. I have my master's in Poetry and undergrad in Poetry and Sculpture. I won the Amy Award from Poets and Writers magazine for Best Woman Poet in NYC and have been published in many literary journals. I also have a meditation practice for 28 years and am trained in both Kundalini and Jivamukti Yoga.
