About Angelo
My life’s mission is to get young people reading and engaging with literature. The books and stories from my childhood helped me understand who I am and who I wanted to be, and I believe literature can do the same for every young person. In the context of today’s reading crisis, this feels more urgent than ever. I hope I can be a champion of books and help to connect them with tomorrow’s generation.

My students are at the centre of a dialectical approach. My aim is to learn with students, rather than teach at them. Their voice and ideas matter more so than my own, so my methodology revolves around being adaptable to the individual needs of my students. My lessons are primarily for GCSE students.
