About Magnus
I am a committed and enthusiastic Guitar tutor with 9 years of rich teaching experience. I teach students from school level to college and working professionals who want to improve their guitar skills in a professional and structured way. Over the years, I have helped many learners progress from basic chords to confident stage performances.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity, consistency, and positive encouragement. I emphasise mastering chord progressions, rhythm accuracy, scale exercises, and understanding music theory. I also guide students in developing stage presence and performance confidence.
Many of my students have successfully participated in competitions and live shows. I create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel encouraged to practice and improve continuously. My mission is to inspire every learner to reach their full musical potential and enjoy the journey of learning guitar.

My Guitar teaching style combines structured training with creative exploration. I emphasise strong communication so that students clearly understand each lesson and feel motivated to improve. I adapt my teaching methods based on whether the student learns best visually, through listening, or through hands-on practice.
In addition to Guitar skills, I teach Music Theory, Chord Progressions, Rhythm Studies, Scale Exercises, Ear Training, Song Analysis, and basic Song Composition. I regularly use real-life case studies, such as breaking down hit songs to understand chord movement and melody flow.
Lessons focus first on mastering basics like tuning accuracy, posture, and smooth chord transitions. Once the foundation is strong, students move to advanced topics including fingerstyle techniques, improvisation, solo phrasing, and dynamic expression.
I encourage students to set achievable performance goals to build confidence. Through regular feedback and disciplined practice habits, I help students develop both technical skill and musical creativity.
