About Newman

I’m an Experienced Graphic Designer with professional training, and a graduate architect. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several brands, including FEC Capitals and Sh’Emerge International, among others- creating stunning and effective visuals that not only communicate their message clearly, but also help them stand out in their industries. I am well versed in a couple of design tools, majorly Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
These experiences have sharpened my ability to blend creative design principles with practical brand communication, ensuring every project I work on is both impactful and visually appealing. I believe design is a powerful tool for communication and creativity, it's not about teaching software skills, but about inspiring others to think like designers and use their creativity to make an impact.

About the lesson

You’ll learn how to apply design principles effectively, whether you’re starting from scratch as a designer or looking to refine your skills. For at least an hour, my lessons focus on helping you understand not just how to design, but why certain design choices work — so you can create appealing, professional, and impactful visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
