About Mackayla
Hi! I am Mackayla, or Miss. Kayla. I believe learning should be supportive, engaging, and encouraging. My goal as a tutor is to help students understand concepts clearly while building their confidence in school. I use simple explanations, fun learning activities, and step-by-step guidance so students can feel comfortable asking questions and improving their skills. During lessons, I focus on creating a positive environment where students feel supported and motivated to try their best. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style to fit each learner’s needs and pace. I especially enjoy working with elementary students who need help with reading, writing, basic math, or homework support. Helping students feel proud of their progress and excited about learning is the most rewarding part of teaching.

My name is Mackayla, and I am a Teaching Professions student at Medina County Career Center, preparing to become an elementary school teacher. I am passionate about helping young learners grow academically while also building their confidence and love for learning.
My teaching approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and interactive learning. I believe students learn best when lessons are engaging, supportive, and adapted to their individual learning styles. I use techniques such as guided practice, visual examples, reading activities, and fun learning games to help students understand concepts more clearly.
