About Sagrikaa

I'm a Counseling psychologist, certified NLP Practitioner and Relationship Counselor, with a Master's degree in Counseling psychology. I graduated with honors degree in psychology and NSS certification in social work. I have been practicing as a life coach for the last 1 year, with clients from UK, USA, India and other countries as well. I have catered to a variety of clients from different age groups. I have interned with government as well as private mental hospitals and clinics and thus have gained a substantial amount of experience in the field of Psychology. With a detailed background in Psychology and social work, I have the required knowledge and experience to teach as well facilitate people.

About the lesson

As a teacher, I believe in anecdotal and associative learning where I try to provide as many examples and stories related to the topic as possible. I believe that association is one of the best ways to understand as well as learn. As a facilitator, I follow the methods of NLP and instead of seeing people as broken, I see them as travelers, traveling from one phase of their life to the other. My focus is not on fixing people. Instead, on helping them move ahead.
