About Sara
I have a Master’s degree in Law and experience working on a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, company reorganisations, share buybacks, EMI options and commercial agreements. This allows me to explain legal concepts not only from an academic perspective, but also in the context of how they are applied in practice.

My lessons can be tailored to your level and goals, whether you are:
Studying A-Level or undergraduate-level Business/Corporate Law
Studying a law degree or conversion course
Looking to strengthen your understanding of corporate law concepts
Wanting help with legal problem questions, essay structure and exam technique
Interested in understanding how corporate law works in real-life transactions
I aim to make lessons clear, structured and practical, breaking down complicated legal concepts into something that actually makes sense rather than simply throwing legal terminology at you and hoping for the best.
