My modus operandi integrates various approaches to improvise and accomodate all category of students to ensure a conducive, rewarding and activity full class, incorporating educative games.
l follow a flexibility organized pattern, reviewing all and procedures, doing any work/assignment before students attempt it. l note potential obstacles student may face and do my best to give them necessary tools to overcome such problems. l also provide the environment that supports risk taking andencourage the sharing of ideas.
