About Srinivasan

A certified PMP, CISA and CAIIB, besides being a Bachelor of Science graduate (Statistics)
I am currently an Independent Consultant and a Corporate Trainer from Chennai, India, catering to BFS sector, in the following Domains:
US Banking, Core Banking & Payment Systems, Nostro & Transaction Reconciliation, Project Management, Risk Management, Treasury Management, Capital Market, Custodial Services, Information systems Audit, Trade Finance, SWIFT, Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering, Software Design, Software Testing and other IT related areas.
I have been regularly training banking/software professionals of BoFA, ANZ, Deutsche Bank, SocGen, BNP Paribas and a few IT corporates in India on the above domains and have been consistently rated 4.5 and above on a 1 to 5 scale.

About the lesson

I have been coaching banking professionals with Engineering, MBAs and other qualifications in the above domain, in a class-room environment.
My teaching methodolgy includes Powerpoint Presentation, Discussion & Case studies, Group Activities, Quizzes, Pre and Post Assessment, Puzzles, Anecdotes from real life examples, whatif situations.. the idea is to make them job-ready from Day1 on their job.
