About Christina
My name is Christina Washington and I'm a professionally trained pastry chef with 10+ years of experience.
I studied at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and completed my Diploma in French Pâtisserie. My professional journey began by working at the school as an assistant chef helping students at the school.
I have also worked at Pierre Hermé in Paris and Burj Al in Dubai before starting my own cloud kitchen in Gurgaon.
Along with baking, I'm passionate about teaching and would love to help you fall in love with baking just like I did.
