About Emily

My name is Emily and I recently graduated from California state university San Bernardino with me bachelors degree in mathematics. I have been tutoring since I was a junior in high school. My favorite subjects are geometry and trigonometry. I have a witty personality and am easy to get along with

About the lesson

My teaching method is to begin by getting to know my students and building a connection with them so they feel comfortable. Then I get an idea of where they are at in their math and what foundational skills they have. Then I teach them how to learn the math on their on so they don’t feel they need someone there at all times to do math.
