About Josephine
My passion for cooking has kept me in the kitchen since my early childhood, always experimenting and creating new flavours. For 2 years I ran my own catering business specialising in birthdays, weddings and events.
Growing up in Australia and living in Germany for a few years allowed me to explore new methods and flavours. My dream of learning French patisserie brought me to France where I finished my pastry chef apprenticeship. Now I would like to share with you all that I have learned during my years of diversity.

Cooking with creativity, I am here to help you make delicious, sweet and savory dishes. Simple, easy and fun.
To give you the most pleasant experience, we must first discuss what you would like to learn during the course. I will then formulate a program that will best meet your needs according to your skills.
Then, step by step, I will carefully guide you through the process of creating the recipe, showing you the proper techniques to achieve the best results.
If you wish, we can even do the course in French!

Perfect! Super cours avec Josephine. Elle est dynamique et explique clairement avec un petite accent australien. Elle propose des recettes très variées et facile à refaire. Elle permet aussi de faire les cours en anglais pour apprendre la langue en même temps que la cuisine.

Course in videoconference

- between 5 and 6 pers. 18€
Children and Teens
1 - 2 children without parent supervision
Between 3-6 children there must be a parent present to assist (depending on their ages)
Cost per child:
Course at home
- between 5-7 years old 20€
- between 8 and 11 years old 23€
- between 12 and 17 years old 25€
Course in videoconference
- between 12 and 17 years old 25€
Purchasing the ingredients:
By myself: an extra €5 will be charged for the arrangement.
By you: No additional costs
If you have trouble finding certain ingredients, I will supply them (possible additional costs depending on the item).
