About Bokatoli
I’m a post graduate in human resource management. I did my PG in madras university.
Even after having all these degrees I always feel cooking different food
has always been there in me . I first learned how to cook when in was in my 7th std . I’m sure for most people it sounds absurd but yeah . Both my mom and dad loves to cook and specially my dad . I learned to cook all Indian cuisines from my dad and authentic naga cuisine from my mom , grandma .
I remember my dad cooking all different types of Indian flavoured curries . So first hand learning to cook was from my mom and dad . I make all type of easy and yummy desserts, Indian bread . Through this platform I’ll be sharing my ways of easy cooking. Specifically Naga style of cooking which has spicy umami flavours n requires less oil or no oil at all a, easy Korean snacks , easy Chinese cuisines. Different type of Naga pickles without any added preservatives.

My methodology is making sure all the ingredients and items needed for cooking is there next to you . I make sure friends that I’ll be teaching my ways of cooking should be comfortable and ready to learn . I will not be teaching Indian cuisines. I’ll be teaching easy Korean snacks like gimbab, Korean sandwich etc , Chinese cuisine,Naga style of cooking and Naga style of variety of pickles
