About Matteo
About Me:
Ciao! I’m a dual British-Italian citizen living in London for the past 13 years. I hold a BA in Music Production and am currently completing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing.
Over the years, I’ve worked in staff training and coordinated community mentoring programmes. This background means I don’t just know how to speak Italian—I know how to coach, mentor, and support people.
As a future nursing professional, patience, active listening, and creating a safe, comfortable environment to make mistakes are at the very heart of how I communicate.

My Teaching Style & Specialisms:
Because I don't focus on rigid textbook drills, my sessions are entirely conversational and tailored to your real-world goals.
We will practise the Italian people actually speak.
I am here to build your confidence step-by-step.
What We Will Focus On:
- Real-life scenarios: Ordering food, travelling, and small talk.
- Contemporary language: Modern slang, cultural nuances, and idioms.
- Confidence building: Overcoming the fear of speaking.
- Niche topics: If you are a fan of music, arts, or healthcare, we can easily tailor our conversations to your specific interests!
