About Phepi
I am a dedicated university student currently studying Construction Management, with a strong interest in helping learners improve their academic confidence and performance. I offer tutoring in subjects such as Mathematics, English and Business Studies, focusing on clear explanations, patience and practical examples that make the work easier to understand.
My teaching style is professional, supportive and student-centered. I understand that every learner has a different pace and learning style, so I take time to identify problem areas, explain concepts step by step, and give learners enough practice to build real understanding. My approach to private tutoring is patient, practical and student-centred. I focus on helping learners understand the work properly instead of only memorising answers. I first identify where the learner is struggling, then break the topic down into simple steps using examples, explanations and practice questions.
My lessons are structured but flexible. A typical lesson includes a quick recap of previous work, an explanation of the topic, guided examples, and then practice questions to test understanding. I also help students with homework, test preparation, exam technique and building confidence in difficult subjects.
I am able to teach in English. My teaching style is calm, encouraging and clear, which helps students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while they learn. What makes me unique is that I explain concepts in a relatable way and adjust my teaching method according to each student’s learning style and pace.
My lessons are aimed at primary and high school learners who need support in subjects such as Maths, English and Business Studies, whether they are struggling with the basics, preparing for tests, or trying to improve their marks. My goal is to help every student leave each lesson with a better understanding, more confidence, and a clear plan for improvement.
