About Danielle
After a successful high school career in music, I went on to the University of Missouri, Kansas City, Conservatory of Music where I studied performance, jazz, and education. I've played in many bands that range from concert bands, wind ensembles, wind symphonies, orchestras, musical pit orchestras, polka bands, big bands, jazz bands, jazz combos, trad jazz combos, classical quartets, saxophone choirs, rock bands, and funk bands (Tower of Power style). I prefer to teach on the alto saxophone, but I also have a tenor and soprano to assist with.

beginner lessons are 30 minutes, highschoolers 1 hour unless you are only interested in 30. I can teach locally in your home or via video chat. My teaching experience does include several years of remote teaching as well as in person. Lessons consist of mastering the comprehensive fundamentals of playing saxophone, performance preparation, and do include weekly practice homework. I’m casual and want to make your lessons fun, yet informative. I teach more than just the technique of Saxophone, I help with your overall musicianship.
