About Eleanor
I am a Masters student studying classical singing and opera at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, working as a professional singer and teacher. I have experience with ABRSM singing exams, obtaining a distinction in grade 5 theory and grade 8 classical singing, as well as musical theatre singing exams. I am currently also studying a pedagogy and teaching methods for singing module at university. I have my enhanced DBS certificate, as well as safeguarding training in working with children in musical settings.

My teaching method focuses on enabling students to fulfil their potential and enjoy singing! I focus on developing good, healthy technique, emphasising the importance of the breath and posture, in order to assure my students that they are singing in a way that won't damage their voices. I also make sure to understand what the student wants to sing and look at pieces that will provide a challenge, as well as being fun to sing.

Details
Currently I am only able to offer online lessons. I offer a free 30 minute taster session for all students, and recommend 30 minute lessons for beginners, and 45mins for more intermediate/advanced students. I charge £30 per hour, so a 30 minute lesson is £15, £22.50 for 45mins, and £30 for a full hour.
