My training is designed specifically to help older learners and retirees gain confidence, independence, and safety in the digital world. With over 20 years of hands-on IT experience—from corporate system management to individual technical support—I focus on real-world application, not just theory. 1.
The Patient, Customized Method Your Pace is the Only Pace: Lessons are entirely adaptable to your comfort level. We take the time needed to ensure you fully understand each step before moving on. Repetition is welcome and encouraged!
Targeted Learning: We skip the technical jargon and focus only on the tools you need for your life. We can spend an entire session on one app (like WhatsApp or Zoom) until you feel completely confident using it independently.
Fear-Free Environment: My goal is to eliminate the anxiety often associated with new technology. This is a supportive space where there are no "silly questions." 2. Core Curriculum Focus Areas We can build a personalized curriculum from the ground up, focusing on these high-demand areas:
