About Sage
I’m a vocal coach with nine years of experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Arts and Opera. My passion is helping students find confidence and freedom in their singing. I love guiding singers through performance anxiety so they can shine on stage and in worship. I teach contemporary worship, gospel, Pop, Indie, and R&B styles. Breath control, phrasing, and vocal health are key pillars of my instruction. I also focus on live performance skills for congregational and recording settings. I’ve worked with shy beginners, teen worship leaders, and aspiring recording artists, each with unique goals. My lessons are designed to help singers connect deeply with their music. I believe singing is a form of spiritual expression that should feel authentic and empowering. Every voice has a story, and I’m here to help you tell it. Together, we’ll strengthen technique, refine style, and build stage presence. Learning to sing should be joyful, inspiring, and confidence-building. Your voice matters—let’s make it resonate.

The approach is all about helping students find and develop their unique voice. We focus on breath support, vocal resonance, and projection to create a strong, confident sound. Tone shaping and expressive phrasing are practised in every lesson. I teach different vocal qualities, including belting, head voice, and mixed voice. Lessons are personalised for The Soloist in Training and The Adult Beginner. I emphasise vocal health while helping students reach their full potential. Each lesson combines exercises, songs, and performance practice. We work on expanding range and mastering control. I provide guidance on connecting emotionally with every note. The goal is to help you sound confident and expressive. Lessons are supportive, practical, and tailored to your needs. Together, we strengthen your voice and musicality. You’ll leave each session feeling inspired and capable.
