About Shalini
I am a dedicated Computer Science student and Full Stack MERN developer with strong knowledge of programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, and web development. I have hands-on experience building real-world projects such as web applications, dashboards, and full stack platforms, which has helped me develop both practical skills and a deep understanding of programming concepts.
My academic background in Computer Science, combined with my project experience, allows me to teach not only theory but also how concepts are applied in real-world scenarios. I have worked extensively with Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, and I regularly practice Data Structures and Algorithms to strengthen problem-solving skills and interview readiness.
I am passionate about teaching and helping students grow their confidence in programming. I focus on creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and learn at their own pace. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, practical skills, and problem-solving ability. I believe that students learn best when concepts are explained clearly, supported with real examples, and followed by hands-on practice. I break down complex programming and data structure topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps so students can develop confidence and logical thinking.
My teaching techniques include concept explanation, live coding demonstrations, guided practice, and problem-solving sessions. I encourage students to actively participate, ask questions, and think independently. I also provide practice problems, assignments, and mini projects to help students apply what they learn in real-world scenarios.
A typical class begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by the introduction of a new topic with clear explanation and examples. Then we implement the concept through coding exercises and solve problems together. At the end of the session, I summarize key points and provide practice tasks to strengthen understanding.
My special features as a teacher include a patient and beginner-friendly approach, a focus on logic building, and practical project-based learning. I also help students improve their coding confidence, debugging skills, and interview preparation.
