My Approach to Tutoring: I believe learning French should be engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student's unique needs. My approach focuses on building a strong foundation, gradually progressing from beginner to intermediate levels. Each lesson is designed to boost your confidence and fluency in the language through a combination of speaking, listening, and writing exercises. Teaching Methodology & Techniques: I use a balanced blend of traditional and modern techniques to keep lessons dynamic and enjoyable: Conversational practice: We’ll focus on speaking from the start, even if you're a beginner. This helps you build confidence and get comfortable with the language. Personalized learning materials: I create or recommend materials suited to your learning style, whether it’s visual aids, interactive exercises, or even French songs and videos. Grammar & Vocabulary: We’ll build your grammar and vocabulary gradually, ensuring that you understand the rules and usage in real-life situations. Cultural context: Language learning is more than just vocabulary; it’s also about understanding French culture, which helps contextualize the language. Typical Length of a Lesson: I typically offer lessons ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your availability and preference. Shorter sessions are available if you prefer more focused, bite-sized learning, or if you want to fit lessons around a busy schedule. Who Are My Lessons For? My lessons are designed for anyone interested in learning French at a beginner to intermediate level. Whether you’re a high school student, a college learner, or simply an adult looking to pick up a new skill, I adapt my lessons to your needs. Age is not a barrier—I have experience teaching both young learners and adults, so everyone is welcome!
