About Parsa
I am a Master's student at Carleton University and I am majoring in Computer Science. I have been a TA since the second year of my Bachelor's and I have taught so many courses ever since. I know answer students' questions and how to rephrase myself and explain complicated concepts from different angles to help students fully understand the material. I am passionate about passing my knowledge to others and I enjoy helping others excel in their studies. Because of my background and experience and my personal interest in teaching, I chose to be a tutor and I will gladly help anyone who wants to improve their grades and better understand their material.

I have been a teaching assistant for 4 years and I know how to explain complicated concepts and run tutorial sessions.
I usually start by making the problem statement clear in a way that raises the curiosity of the students.
Then I break the solution into a few high-level steps so that the students can understand the solution's big picture.
At last, I explain the details of each step. This method helps the students to better understand the problem and how to solve it and if they ever forget or encounter a similar problem, they can figure it out by themselves by going through the same steps.
