About Tinotenda Monica
I'm passionate about science and learning — at any given moment, I might just pull out some obscure fact from who-knows-where. I'm an avid reader, particularly of Sci-Fi and Political Thrillers; once you pick up a great one, it's nearly impossible to put down (if you've read this far, do yourself a favor and pick up The Day of the Jackal). I'm also a self-confessed baseball fanatic — but in my defense, it's almost impossible not to get pulled in when you're a hopeless statistics nerd like me. And besides, how can you not be romantic about baseball? I suppose that's what draws me to teaching too — to me it's not just about the subject matter, but about passing on a curiosity and wonder that turns what you've learned into something you're glad you know.
