About Ritik
I have experience teaching at the college level plus very proactive in teaching basics of programming as a B.Tech Graduate. Even I volunteered for teaching programming at my college. I have experience teaching in a school, college, and institute also. Right now I am working in MNC as a Software Engineer.

I believe in practical and real world teaching with which student can connect and begins to develop interest.
I observes the learner's present level first, then try to challenge them with a problem at their level with fun activities and tasks The learner is then guided through the problem, highlighting important points and contextual information to be grasped.
When a learner is confused about a particular subject, I will modify the workflow to concentrate on that important topic, help them comprehend it, and then have them go over the issue again.
I always want the sessions to be student-led, so when a student has a programming concern, I encourage them to talk about their line of reasoning, what they think of the issue, and how they would address it. This gives them direction and gets them on the right track.
