About Xingjian

Hi, My name is Xingjian, you can call me by Shin. I'm a graduate and just finished my postgraduate study, where my study is focused on Computer Science and Mathematics. In my lessons, you don't need to panic if the questions seem a bit difficult at the beginning, as you learn it little by little, they will become easier for you and you will finally master them! You are encouraged to ask questions if you have, I'll be there to answer your questions patiently. I promise I will show you the beauty of maths and get progress together.

About the lesson

Teaching techniques: the teaching will be mainly based on the student's textbook, from explaining basic concepts, example questions, to practice questions, and if the student has requirements for revising exams, exam questions shall be discussed. The previous will be the main teaching methodology, while the student is encouraged to practise questions after class and come to the class with questions. Typical length of a lesson: depends on the amount of the student's questions, a lesson can range from 1 hour or longer. My qualifications: at college-Mathematics, Further Maths, Chemistry. My study in undergraduate and postgraduate is about Computer Science and Mathematics. The lesson is mainly for: those students at A level/college, who have questions about the modules and want to catch up with their courses, or want to prepare for the coming A level exams.
