A strong foundation in mathematics demonstrated through national-level competitions. I won first prize in the 2018 National Mathematics Ability Competition (China) and third prize in the 2020 National High School Mathematics League (China). High GPA in college, A+ in the following courses: Calculus, Probability, Algebra, Mathematical Modeling, etc.

Math & Statistics: My teaching method combines clear, step-by-step explanations with plenty of hands-on practice, using real-world examples to make math and statistics easier to understand and remember. A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material, moves into new concepts explained at the student's pace, and ends with practice exercises and a short recap. As a Computer Science graduate student, I bring strong analytical thinking and patience to every lesson, breaking down complex ideas into simple steps. These lessons are suited for students from primary school through high school.
Mandarin Chinese: As a native speaker, I teach Mandarin through natural conversation practice combined with structured grammar and vocabulary building. A typical lesson includes listening and speaking exercises, reading practice, and writing characters, adjusted to the student's level and goals. Lessons are suited for complete beginners as well as more advanced learners, whether they want to speak Chinese for travel, school, or personal interest.
