Clear and simple methodology. Divide the syllaus into parts and set deadlines. Each cluster of topics would have it's programming questions and the basic theory required for examinations. Concepts will be given a lot of importance and codes need to be solved by the students even if it takes some extra time. Because problem solving is the only way to learning computer programming.
