Computer Professional. Manager in Information Technology with overall of 30 plus years of experience in IT Industry.
 As an experienced project manager offering more than 9 years of successfully leading all phases of projects. Change Management projects in SAP for roll-out projects across various countries where “quote to cash” was implemented for automation enabling the billing process for HP streamlining the revenue automation.
 Multi-national Organizations HP and EDS of US were merged, when HP acquired EDS. This merger had organizational change impact. Privileged to work for projects where the systems needed integration. Have managed successful projects where country systems had to be aligned to meet both the businesses of HP & EDS clients seamlessly.
 Reliance group of India in the early 90’s was in an expansion mode with large petrochemical complexes, refinery complex’s being set up. I was privileged to be part of teams where these huge transformational and organizational changes were taking place in this giant company. These changes impacted organizational structures, mass recruitments, sturdy policies and processes. Hence a strong ERP system like SAP was introduced. Being part of the team and leading some projects, where multiple projects were happening simultaneously gave me insights and exposures to processes, plans, communication, strategies, risk management, change measurements, innovations and improvements.
 After the main implementation in Reliance, we needed to handle user specific change management smaller projects to fully automate the processes, and I had the privilege of leading a few projects.
 I have worked in the SAP domain mainly with more than 17 years in SAP and its related fields.
 Having the privilege of working with clients like DHL, Proctor and Gamble, Monsanto, HP and subsidiaries, Reliance Group, British Petroleum to name some and partake in their automations bringing the ERP systems into their businesses and getting the maximum of the implementations.
 Had the privilege of getting opportunities working with multi-cultural teams abroad, learning and sharing experiences and best practices.
 Rich industry domain knowledge of business processes, integrating, quality compliances.
 Able to redefine IT processes, define strategies, set-up and automation to benefit departments, companies there by bringing huge cost savings to projects.
 Enable ease of operations of Businesses to bring more synergy and alignment of business verticals to maximize profits.
 Adopted innovative approaches, motivating teams to bring in new ideas incorporate best practices.
 Privilege of Industry exposure to areas like IT hardware, IT consultancy, Manufacturing, Product, and Retail, Oil & refinery and Telecom.
