About Thomas
It has been two month that I start providing help on different topic link to information technology from systems to networking or basic information on the computer when an upgrade change the way the program look.
During my last 12 years working as an operational technical guy, I had the privilege to teach intern how things work. So I'm pretty flexible in my way of dealing with technical person as well as newbie.

Learning how to use a computer ( windows or MacOS ) can be little challenge. After 12 years to help employees with different level in a large international company. I would love to help you now with my large and broad technologies skills.
I believe in this method of instruction, you are doing the work and I guide you. Computer is not just theory where one person talk and this other listen, no way!! You are doing the work and I help you by suggesting how to perform and overcome the situation. I use also illustration of daily life to help the student to grasp the subject as well as providing some interesting videos that can help to find a good approach.
