About Rick
During my 20 year IT career, in addition to pre-sales and hands-on engineering work, I led two training programs for internal corporate projects - a technical new hire training program, and a tutor / trainer for a cloud-based IT lab environment to let our engineers demo, learn, and evaluate our technology projects for customers. I love to teach.
