About Bill
Even though I'm a "senior," I've been in the computer, tech support and training business for years. I have worked for Sony (PC Division) and Apple (iPhone / iPad Support and Training) and have my own business helping individual computer (and other high-tech gadget) users and small businesses for many years. More recently, I taught Technology classes and workshops for the school system in Florida were I live (including adult classes through the "Renaissance Academy" at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Everyone needs to know how to use a computer today... from paying bills online, making travel arrangements, etc. I'm a very patient person... I won't let you get "lost" or skip over something... We'll make you "get it." I've been a teacher for years, and I've helped dozens of "senior students" learn to use their computers for all sorts of tasks.... and playing games, too.
You'll also learn to use the internet... one of the most important things you can do with your computer. Research your next vacation, make dinner reservations, send those cool pictures to your friends and family.
