About Aju
I am a teaching for last two years. I have completed my M. E in Mechanical Engineering from SGSITS, Indore (M.P) . I have also done B.E in Mechanical Engineering.
Most of the people having a similar education background would only prefer teaching if they had no other choice but I am aiming to become a Teacher / Professor from the moment I thought about my future career (8 years to be specific).

I believe that every topic in a subject is linked to previous or later one and therefore I generally start from the get-go. This is very effective because I have seen a trend in all my students that they took time to understand first 2-3 chapters but picked up speed in later chapters without skipping any topics. This gave us time for exam-oriented training and in turn, helped in scoring well.
Though I have taken later topics first for three of my students as they wanted an exam-oriented tutoring.
I adjust according to the learning curve of the student.
