About Rose
In September I begin a degree in physics at the University of Manchester where I hope to develop my maths skills and apply them to real life situations.
I believe tutoring is an amazing way to explore the challenges of maths and science and when listening to the difficulties tutees come across, I find myself discovering different ways of looking at theories and ideas.
My aim is to give tutees the confidence they need to pass their exams and sit in lessons without stressing about the work or homework they are given.

Lessons will be an hour long and will be held online using teams.
An initial lesson will determine the tutees strengths and gaps in knowledge as well as exploring their exam board specification to understand which areas the tutee feels require some reviewing.
I have previously tutored maths at key stage 3 level and having consistently been a high performer in maths and science, I would very much enjoy tutoring GCSE and A level students.
At the end of each lesson, the goals of the next lesson will be discussed and I will form a lesson plan including revising content and attempting questions of the most advanced level the tutee feels comfortable with.
Tutees will be given my contact details so any questions they come up with outside of contact time can be either replied to straight away or replied to during the next lesson.
