About Sarah
High school students aiming for elite math competitions often find themselves hitting a wall despite long hours of study. Sitting at my desk at Caltech, I realized that true problem solving requires dissecting the mechanics behind the numbers. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering and have spent 10 years working in defense contracting.
My engineering career ended in 2022, and I now apply that rigor to teaching. Complex proofs should be simple. I focus on mental math, geometry, and linear algebra strategies to build a solid foundation. My background provides the analytical structure that students need to excel in exam preparation.
