Creo que hoy en día es muy difícil confiar en quien nos enseña o induce al mundo fit, pues muchos no te dicen correctamente cómo debemos entrenar con las posturas correctas y que cada quien va a su propio ritmo. La importancia de crear hábitos, conciencia y brindar información para que las personas se mantengan en la vida fit es responsabilidad de un buen entrenador y en base a mi experiencia quiero brindarles la ayuda necesaria para superar y mejorar las versiones que desean de sí mismos.
