About Karen
I come from an accounting background, but due to my own personal life experiences changed direction and worked in adult mental health services, focusing on teaching courses on mental wellbeing and helping as many people as possible to be the best version of themselves despite any perceived limitations.
I have extensive experience in training a range of different people including professionals working in the mental health field.
I have been personally involved in the formulation of many of the current policies used by the mental health services and also have experience in running a small charity for young people facing emotional and psychological difficulties.
I am a caring, compassionate person dedicated to helping others find their way and cope with what may often seem insurmountable.

The subjects I teach are positive thinking, stress management and life coaching. I like to tailor my lessons to the needs of the student so they get the maximum benefit.
I am based in Dorset and will be teaching via webcam on an individual basis.
