About Phoebe-Mae
I am working in the community services sector, have been for a long time. I currently work in a domestic violence housing facility but have worked in AOD environments with multiple Certificates and SOAs. I haven't officially tutored before but I managed to help carry a class of 20 across the finish line when our teacher bailed on us years ago with at least 15 confirmed to have gotten their Certificate IV

I use a needs-based approach and work with what my pupil needs help with instead of giving them irrelevant information. When tutoring in a group I find a common ground and use it to spark group discussions so I am not the one lecturing, but we are discussing the topic as a group and I can use relevant information as part of the conversation
