About Olivier

My name is olivier. I’m a native French speaker majoring in contemporary art. Having completed the national high diploma in contemporary art DNSEP( master degree) i was a part-time French teacher in different local and international schools in Hong Kong
My responsibilities included teaching, preparing course materials, and handling of the syllabus.
I am also worked for language centres in Hong Kong preparing students for IB, GCSE and
IGCSE exams.
Having been teaching in many education institutions for more than 20 years, I have developed skills in classroom management, as well as building harmonious relationship with students and parents. I have also identified efficient and effective methods of teaching. The experience of teaching various aged groups helps me to gain skills in planning and organising activities to meet my students needs .My lessons are always lively, rich and fun.

About the lesson

Ive been a French teacher for 25 years in various schools; from primary to university level tutorage in Hong Kong.

I also have much experience in conducting private lessons in the sectors of tourism, hospitality and business orientated French topics.

Being rich with experience I can help you prepare to take exams such as GCSE French, IGCSE, lB,Dalf,Delf, B1 or B2 colleges.

I have the joy and honour of all my students being able to pass their French exams and competitions.

In the opinion of my students, I am a dynamic, calm and patient tutor.

With all this experience at your service I am sure I will be able to assist you in your French studies.

Additionally, I am bilingual French and English which helps me immensely during my lectures.

I can help you gain greater ease in speaking French while improving your grammar, accent and pronunciation.

You will be able to grasp the meaning of sentences and answer questions accurately.

I can help you improve your French in the field of both written and conversation in several ways, by choosing different topics of discussion such as leisure, sports, literary, news, arts, fashion, all this to learn French in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

Being able to talk every day can help you improve yourself but I also invite you to be able to listen to movies, podcasts, TV series, music and audiobooks.

French for beginners

Learning a new language is a fabulous thing, because you can learn about the richness of a new culture and adopt new centres of interest.

French can be an easy language if it is taught with simplicity and logic when learning, which is my general approach to classes, so I can help you with that, I have great experience in this field.

I will give you a good foundation in French which will ensure you can continue to acquire and build upon your knowledge in the long term so that you have more Facility to improve afterwards.

Preparation for the DELF diploma (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française)

Preparation for the DALF which is a two-part test:

Synthesis (200 to 240 words) from several written documents

Argumentated trial (250 words minimum) from the content of the documents.

But also preparation for other diplomas such as:
