About Mohit
I am currently working at the Eccles hotel in Ireland as a chef. I am an Indian who was brought up in south east Asia (Indonesia and Malaysia) and India as well. I have got my diploma in Culinary Arts inn Malaysia where I had to study 2 years, including a 6-month internship which I did India. After that I came to Ireland, where after 2 years I received my Bachelor's Degree in culinary arts. While I was studying, I worked in dingle for 1 summer. The next summer I started to work in Eccles hotel. It's also where I'm currently working.

Basically, fine food cooked at your kitchen, using your own equipment's. I will be sharing each and every knowledge I have with me. I will be giving out recipes one day before each and every class and a small bit of introduction on the recipe or the dish of the day. Providing the tips which chefs use in the kitchens. So that at the end of the day you can come up with an amazing dish from all the knowledge you will be getting by making hotel level food at home by me.
I would like to be getting feedback after each and every class to make my classes more effective.
This is going to be my very first time teacher online and I am very excited for this.
