About SRUTHI
I bring 9+ years of combined experience in teaching and corporate roles across India and the UAE. I began my career as a college lecturer, teaching undergraduate Commerce and Business students, before moving into HR, administration, and MIS reporting roles in the corporate sector. This mix gives me a practical, real-world approach to teaching — I don't just explain concepts theoretically, I connect them to how they're actually used in business and finance. I'm patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects they've struggled with. Outside of tutoring, I work full-time in an administrative role in Dubai, so I bring the same discipline and reliability to my teaching commitments.

My lessons are structured, patient, and exam-focused. I begin each session by understanding the student's current level and problem areas, then break down concepts step by step rather than rushing through the syllabus. For Accounts and Commerce, I focus heavily on practice — journal entries, ledgers, and past board-exam questions — so students build real confidence, not just memorized formulas. I keep sessions interactive, encourage questions, and adjust my pace to match each student's learning style. Sessions are conducted online via video call, with notes and practice sheets shared after each class so students can revise independently between sessions.
