About Jude

Hi, I’m Jude Fairchild, a Columbia University student studying Cognitive Science and Business Management. I’ve worked with students across subjects including math, writing, psychology, and college prep, and have helped multiple students gain admission to top universities such as Cornell and NYU. My academic background includes coursework in statistics, calculus, engineering, and financial accounting. I’ve also led a high school investing club focused on financial literacy, run an art collective that supports young creatives, and worked on editorial and research projects. I take a structured, student-centered approach that builds understanding, motivation, and confidence. About the lesson

My Tutoring Approach: I teach with clarity, confidence, and connection in mind. My goal is to help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it. When a student grasps the reasoning behind a concept, mastery and confidence naturally follow. I teach grades 6-12 in Math and do College Prep for High Schoolers.
