About Kayla
"Teaching 406 students has taught me that the voice is a deeply personal instrument. Sometimes I forget that singing in public is still a terrifying prospect for many hobbyists. My classes serve intermediate learners and grade exam candidates who want to refine their sound.
I emphasize vibrato control and pitch control while keeping the process enjoyable. My Bachelor of Music in Popular Music supports every technical adjustment we make together. I incorporate my heritage of bolero and cumbia into the way we approach phrasing. You will find that my approach to instruction is quite gentle."
