About Marcques
Sports and fitness truly changed my life. It was through the sports that I have participated in that I have found a sense of purpose and how I found my identity. Now, as a collegiate track coach, I aspire to pass that forward and help others find that same love for fitness and self that I have. Over my 6 years as a coach, I have coached All-Americans, school record holders, and people who are entirely new to the sport. I get so much joy from watching individuals progress over time. I want this experience to be fun and I want you to feel fulfilled. I value supporting athletes not just physically, but also mentally because both of those things are crucial to individual progress.

My approach to training is, first and foremost, getting to know you as a person and what your individual goals are whether that is running your first 5k, building muscle, preparing for an upcoming competitive event, or maintaining fitness. The experience is truly yours and I am there to support you throughout the process. Programming is open to everyone ranging from experienced athletes to those who are just getting started. Fitness can be fun and I'm here to help you in this journey.
