About Randi

I am an eighteen year old student in my second year of college. I have always pushed myself academically and enjoyed helping others on their journey. I have been tutoring since I was in my second year of high school, and now tutor as a job every day. During my years of tutoring, I have learned that no two minds are similar, and that teaching requires this perspective to fully understand the minds of the students in order to help them achieve the most.

About the lesson

I understand that every student is different, including their most effective learning method. I typical like to start with conversations about which methods are best for you. I usually ask that a piece of material is sent to me about the subject/lesson so the session is more focused and effective. Since I am still a student myself, I like to connect to my students and create a comfortable environment where there is no pressure or judgement! I specialize in English courses and essay improvement from middle school to high school.
