With all things considered I take my work very seriously, despite being otherwise very laid back in my teaching style. I keep very punctual and structured lesson plans, however I understand when it’s important to adapt to the challenges my students may face.

I like to get to know my students and help them learn in the best ways for them. Taking a holistic approach to tutoring and improving one’s understanding of a subject. I either use materials that have been previously introduced, and find ways to reflect and better understand. As well as creating individualized lesson plans for each session if that is what will work best for my students learning and enrichment. I most often work with highschool and middle school students as I myself am still completing my undergraduate degree. What I think makes me stand out is the fact I can understand students easily and can be highly accommodating to different challenges they may face. As I myself have had many difficulties with learning in the past as someone with a learning disability, which I say would make my experience more useful to those who need alternative methods.
