About Oliver
I have given lessons to over 10 students over the past 2 years. Before this I have participated in school run help schemes to help younger students get on track to reach their targets.
All students I have taught have come out feeling more confident and achieving above what they were working at when they came to me.
My most recent tutoring was in GCSE maths where the new system of 1-9 has been adopted. I was able to get the student from a 5 to a 7 in Mathematics. I am looking forward to hearing the results of my other students shortly.

I am an enthusiastic student of science and maths myself who take pride in seeing students reach their true potential.
I have achieved an A* in maths Alevel and 3 A's in my Science AS'. I also achieved 9A* and 2 A's in GCSE including FSMQ, Triple Science and Mathematics.
I have had experience successfully tutoring students from as low as primary school year 4 (maths) to A-Level Maths and Science.
I have had experience with both the New Level 1-9 Science and Maths courses being adopted by the UK educational system.
I aim to make the subjects I teach relevant to the client as this helps the student retain the information as any new data that seems relevant to life is more easily retrievable.
I usually work with text books the student has and specifically targets areas they believe they are unsure on. Ensuring I also make links back to previously taught elements to aid memory recall.
I also have successful first hand experience in the Oxbridge University application process.
I am a believer in everyone having gifts in their own way and love seeing passionate students excel.
